From Lishan, Taiwan

Lishan is in Taichung’s Heping District, high in Taiwan’s mountains. Cool temperatures slow the tea plants’ growth, giving the leaves more time to develop.

The region is also known for its pear, peach and apple orchards. Here, high-mountain oolong is prized for its clear aroma and fresh, smooth character.
